Refund policy

SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

All prints are made to order with the greatest care and attention.

Prints are delivered within 8 working days and tracking info is sent after a purchase is made.

RETURNS

All of our products are made to order items, therefore, unfortunately we are unable to accept Returns. 

If however you have received a wrong or faulty item we will of course rectify this for you as quickly as possible. Please email us at returns@resaturate.co.uk if you have received a wrong or faulty item(s).

FAULTY / DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take great care in the production and packaging of all of our products. However, If in the unfortunate event you have received faulty or damaged items please email us as soon as possible and within 14 days at returns@resaturate.co.uk 

Please include your order number and photographs that show the damage or faults clearly.

As soon as we have verified the damage we will either issue you with a refund or replacement depending on your wishes at the time.
